Pondus, Inc. and its affiliated medical practices, Pondus Medical (FL), PLLC and Pondus Medical CA PC collectively, “Pondus”, “we”, “our” or “us” or “Cora”), provide SMS (short message service) texts for people that submit our intake forms and provide us with their phone number to give them information about our treatments, services and products. We also provide SMS texts for our paid subscribers and our patients and customers to help them live well and give provide them with the right diagnosis, treatment or medical rememmendation as per our clinical guidelines and medical protocols, as well as provide them with education, steerage and recommendations of how to seek medical care from other medical providers. You must be age 18 or older to opt-in and/or receive our text messages. 

By opting in, which happens when you accept this Mobile Texting Terms & Conditions, which happens automatically when you provide us with your phone number voluntarily, you are consenting to receive text messages as described above, as well as marketing text messages.

Opt-In Information

By opting-in, you provide consent to receive text messages either manually from one of our customer servive agents, health coaches, or medical staff or by using an automatic telephone dialing system. When you opt-in to the service, we might send you a message to confirm your signup. You may receive SMS mobile text alerts by several methods.

When you provide your mobile number as part of any patient registration process or through our call center, under the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) Healthcare Exemption, you automatically provide consent to receive text messages for individual health-related information as part of your established relationship, as well as text messages to engage with you about our services, products and treatments and to answer questions you might have about any of our product, services and treatments. We will limit these message alerts to those we feel are important to provide you with timely information about our services and health care information specific to your personal needs. After providing your mobile number, you might receive a text message confirming your permission or a text message directly from one of our staff, also allowing you to reply STOP and no longer receive any future wellness alerts if you prefer.

Opt-Out Information

You may cancel this service at any time by texting STOP. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will remove you from our text messaging list within 72 hours. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us for that program.

Mobile carriers

We cannot guaranty the delivery of all text messages to you. Successful delivery is affected by a number of factors including accuracy of the mobile number you provide, sufficient network capacity, your ability to be in the range of a transmission site, etc. We cannot be liable for losses or damages arising from delayed, misdirected or non-delivery. It may also be possible that the full contents of the message may not be delivered to your phone.
